Zhito Finance APP News, Dexiang New Cloud Computing (00199.HK) announced that on September 28, 2026 (after trading hours), the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Dexiang Smart Computing Holding Co., Ltd. intends to acquire 80% equity interest in Guangzhou Zhaoqi Xiyang Technology Co., Ltd. from Ms. Sun Meichen for a cash consideration of RMB 83.616 million. Upon completion, the buyer will hold 80% of the entire equity interest in the target company, while the seller will continue to hold the remaining 20% equity interest in the target company.
