Oujing Technology: Subsidiary wins bid for Yinchuan factory assets at 97.1512 million yuan

Oujing Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningxia Oujing, through a public listing process at the property rights exchange, won the bid for buildings including factory premises located in Xixia District, Yinchuan, owned by Yinchuan Zhonghuan, for 97.1512 million yuan. A formal "Physical Asset Transaction Contract" has now been signed, with the first installment of 27.1512 million yuan already paid, and the remaining 60 million yuan to be paid within 30 working days after the contract takes effect.
