Zhito Finance APP has learned that the China Index Academy stated in a report that since August, core cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Xi'an have adopted city-specific policies to release demand by lowering home purchase thresholds, raising housing provident fund loan limits, and issuing home purchase subsidies. Entering September, characteristics of the traditional peak sales season have begun to appear, but the market as a whole is still in a bottoming stage, with fairly obvious divergence among cities and projects. According to China Index data, in September (the 1st to the 20th), the transaction area of new commodity residential housing in 30 key cities increased slightly by 1.4% year on year, with first-tier cities continuing to maintain growth; the recovery remains concentrated in high-quality segments and projects in core cities, and structural divergence continues. The number of second-hand residential transactions in 20 key cities increased by 13.1% year on year, with transaction volumes in Beijing and Shanghai rising year on year for seven consecutive months, and the second-hand housing market performing relatively actively.
