The iFinance APP news reported that Rich Resource Investment (00007.HK) has issued an announcement. On July 16, 2025, the company received a petition from Whaley Financing Limited (Whaley Financing), submitted to the Original Court of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, requesting the company to be liquidated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 32 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Winding-Up and Miscellaneous Provisions).
