Zhtng Cijng APP news, JiYn Kj (300242.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing JnYun Hdng Kj Yuxin Gngs (referred to as "JnYun Hdng") to Cheng'n Gok (Bijng) Kj Zxn Yuxin Gngs ("Chng'n Gok") in order to optimize resource allocation, improve business structure, reduce operating costs, and enhance operational efficiency. After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold any equity in JnYun Hdng, and JnYun Hdng will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
