According to the meteorological departments of China and Vietnam, Typhoon "Wipha" is expected to make landfall along the northeast coast of Vietnam on the afternoon and evening of July 22nd. Heavy rainfall is forecasted to occur in the northern and central regions of Vietnam from the 21st to the 23rd, with rainfall amounts ranging from 100 to 350 millimeters over a large area and exceeding 600 millimeters in some areas.
