Typhoon "Wipha" made its second landfall near the center of Guangdong province with maximum wind speeds reaching level 10.

According to the Guangdong Provincial Meteorological Observatory, Typhoon Vipa, the sixth typhoon of this year, landed again on the coastal line of Hailing Island in Yangjiang at around 20:15 today as a strong tropical storm. At the time of landing, the maximum wind force near the center was level 10, and the minimum central pressure was 980 hPa. It is expected that Vipa will continue to move towards the west-southwest direction at a speed of about 20 kilometers per hour, gradually weakening in intensity.
