Guangdong Province Disaster Reduction Committee initiates the level IV emergency response for disaster relief.

In response to the impact of Typhoon "Weipa", the sixth typhoon of this year, on Guangdong Province, including strong winds, heavy rain, and high waves, as well as secondary disasters, according to the "Emergency Plan for Natural Disaster Relief in Guangdong Province", the Guangdong Provincial Disaster Reduction Commission activated the Level IV emergency response for disaster relief at 19:00 on July 20th.
