Hainan Ruize: The judicial auction of the company's 15.0027 million shares held by shareholders has been withdrawn.

Hainan Ruizhe announced on the evening of July 20th that previously, the Qionghai City Court of Hainan Province had scheduled a public auction on the Taobao Judiciary Auction Network Platform for all 15.027 million shares held by the shareholder Sanya Daxing Group Co., Ltd., totaling 1500.27 million shares from 10:00 on July 21st to 10:00 on July 22nd. Recently, the company learned through the Taobao Judiciary Auction Network Platform that the auction has been withdrawn as the parties have reached an execution settlement and no auction of property is required.
