Jilin Province issues orange alert for mountain flood meteorological risks.

On July 20, 2025 at 16:05, the Department of Water Resources and the Meteorological Bureau of Jilin Province jointly issued an orange alert for mountain flood meteorological risks. It is expected that from the night of July 20 to the day of July 21, there is a high possibility of mountain flood disasters in Jilin City; and a relatively high possibility in Baishan, Changbai Mountain, most of Tonghua, southern part of Liaoyuan, southeastern part of Jilin, southwestern part of Yanbian, and Meixian City. The Department of Water Resources and the Provincial Meteorological Bureau of Jilin Province remind everyone to be vigilant and take precautions.
