Dao Tong Technology announced that the company's actual controller and chairman Li Hongjing proposed to formulate and implement a mid-term dividend plan for 2025. It is suggested to deduct the shares repurchased by the company's repurchase account from the total share capital registered on the date of equity distribution registration, and distribute a cash dividend of 5.8 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders. This proposal needs to be approved by the company's board of directors, supervisory board, and shareholders' meeting before it can be implemented.
