Hainan Province Hydrological and Water Resources Survey Bureau issued a blue flood warning at 15:00 on July 20, 2025: Based on current river water conditions and rainfall forecasts, it is expected that the water level in the upstream tributary of Changhua River, Tongshe River, in Tongshe Town, Wuzhishan City, will approach or reach the warning level within the next 48 hours. The Hainan Province Hydrological and Water Resources Survey Bureau issued a blue flood warning, urging relevant units and the public to strengthen prevention and take precautions.
