The progress information of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange shows that the 8 billion yuan small public offering bond project of First Entrepreneur Securities Co., Ltd. has been updated to "accepted", with the acceptance date being July 18, 2025. The prospectus draft shows that after deducting the issuance expenses, the funds raised from this bond issuance will not be less than 40 billion yuan for repaying interest-bearing debts, and not more than 40 billion yuan for supplementing working capital.
