The first batch of data center publicly listed REITs has been established.

On July 19th, Southern Fund announced that Southern Runze Technology Data Center REIT and Southern Wanguo Data Center REIT were established on July 18th, raising 4.5 billion yuan and 2.4 billion yuan respectively. The number of effective subscribers exceeded 40,000 households, and Southern Fund used some of its own funds for subscription. It is reported that these are the first batch of public data center REITs products established in the current market. Both funds were in high demand, with the final effective subscription confirmation ratio for offline investors and public investors being less than 1%.
