Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer CEO Francisco Gomes Neto warned that the tariffs threatened by President Trump could increase the cost of each aircraft purchased by US airlines by $9 million. Neto said that if American customers hesitate to stop due to the rising prices, aircraft production may have to slow down or even stop. He also added that tariffs could delay the company's plans to purchase up to $20 billion worth of US-made components and equipment over the next 5 years.
