Hanbo Semiconductor initiates listing counseling.

The official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission shows that Hanbo Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has initiated the listing counseling, with CITIC Securities serving as the counseling agency. The counseling filing report shows that JUN QIAN and LEI ZHANG, as well as a total of 17 employee shareholding platforms, collectively control 42.1465% of the voting rights of the company. The two signed a concerted action agreement and respectively serve as the chairman and director of the company, acting as the joint actual controllers of the company. There is no single shareholder entity holding directly more than 30% of the shares, and there is no controlling shareholder.
