Hunan's small and medium-sized enterprises have reached 2.13 million, an increase of 156,200 compared to the same period last year.

According to the latest data from the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, as of the end of June, the total number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the province reached 2.1346 million, an increase of 156,200 compared to the same period last year, showing a strong development momentum. This year, Hunan has continued to implement service initiatives such as "Together for Better Enterprises" to promote the overall development of small and medium-sized enterprises. From January to May, the value added of small and micro enterprises above a certain scale in the province increased by 10.2% year-on-year, exceeding the province's average industrial scale by 2.1 percentage points; the total profit of small-sized enterprises above a certain scale achieved a strong growth of 17.9%, leading the province's average level by 5.6 percentage points.
