In the first half of the year, the growth rate of foreign trade in Ningde ranks first in the entire province of Fujian.

According to statistics from Fuzhou Customs, in the first half of this year, the total value of foreign trade imports and exports in Ningde reached 78.73 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.1%, ranking first in the province in terms of growth rate. Among them, exports were 54.86 billion yuan, an increase of 28.5%; imports were 23.88 billion yuan, an increase of 12.3%. Looking at the structure of exported goods, the "new three types" of goods represented by lithium-ion batteries played a prominent supporting role. In the first half of the year, the export of Ningde's "new three types" of goods increased by 44.4%, with lithium-ion batteries accounting for 82.1% of the total value of Ningde's foreign trade exports, reaching 45.03 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 44.5%.
