It is expected that from 08:00 on July 20th to 08:00 on July 21st, there will be heavy to torrential rain in the central and southern parts of Hainan Island, Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, the southern part of Guangxi, the eastern part of Fujian, the southeastern part of Zhejiang, the southwestern part of Jiangxi, the northern and southern parts of Hunan, the southwestern part of Hubei, the central and southern parts of Taiwan, the southwestern part of the Sichuan Basin, the southwestern part of Chongqing, the central and northern parts of Shandong, the northeastern part of Henan, the eastern and southern parts of Liaoning, the southeastern part of Jilin, the northeastern part of Inner Mongolia, and the northwestern part of Heilongjiang. In some areas, including the central and northern parts of Hainan Island, the southwestern part of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, the southeastern coast of Guangxi, the central part of Shandong, the southeastern part of Liaoning, and the southeastern part of Jilin, there may be heavy rain. In specific areas, there may be extremely heavy rain in the northern part of Hainan Island, the coastal areas of southwestern Guangdong, and other areas. Some of the above-mentioned areas will experience short-term heavy rainfall, with local thunderstorms and strong convective weather such as thunderstorm and strong winds.
