Reporters learned from Anhui Agricultural University that Professor Wang Xiaobo's team, in collaboration with researchers from the Crop Science Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Qiu Lijuan and Li Yinghui, have deciphered the regulatory mechanism of key genes on the ratio of oil and protein in soybean seeds, providing a new direction for the breeding of high oil or high protein soybean varieties. The related research results were published in the international academic journal "Advanced Science" on the night of the 18th.
