Yunying Valley plans to go public in Hong Kong after unsuccessfully seeking a listing on the A-share market.

On July 9th, Shenzhen Yungui Valley Technology Co., Ltd. submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, intending to be listed on the main board. CICC and CITIC Securities will act as joint sponsors. It is worth noting that this is not the first time Yungui Valley has attempted to enter the capital market. Previously, the company sought to list on the A-share market but was unsuccessful.
