Sudanese Prime Minister: Federal government departments will move back to the capital to work within 6 months.

On July 19th, local time, Sudanese Prime Minister Kamil Idris stated in the capital Khartoum that various departments of the Sudanese federal government will relocate their offices back to Khartoum within 6 months. Idris expressed that the local government will quickly restore water and electricity supply in Khartoum to normal levels, and city security will also be fully taken over by the police force. He called on displaced people to return to Khartoum.
