Currently, in the incident of a capsized cruise ship in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam, 11 people have been rescued and 28 bodies of the deceased have been recovered. This afternoon, a cruise ship capsized in Ha Long Bay, with a total of 53 people on board at the time of the incident. After the accident, the relevant departments in Quang Ninh province immediately deployed rescue work, and the search and rescue operation is still ongoing.
