At least 9 people dead in Vietnam's Halong Bay boat capsizing incident.

According to multiple Vietnamese media reports on the 19th, a tourist boat carrying 53 people capsized in Ha Long Bay, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam in the afternoon. At present, 9 people have been confirmed dead and dozens are missing. The report said that the boat was carrying 48 tourists and 5 crew members, and capsized around 13:45 local time due to a sudden storm. According to the Vietnam News Agency, as of 19:40 local time, rescue teams have found the bodies of 9 victims, including 12 survivors including crew members.
