The Henan Provincial Government Information Office held a press conference on the 19th to announce the implementation of several policy measures to promote the economic growth in the second half of the year towards a positive direction. The province issued the "Several Policy Measures to Promote the Continued Upward Trend of the Economy in the Second Half of 2025", focusing on stimulating consumption, expanding investment, and proposing 36 work measures to stabilize employment, enterprises, markets, and expectations. The report stated that efforts will be made to promote consumption and expand investment, actively leverage the advantages of a large population province in terms of market size, implement a special action plan to boost consumption, and launch the summer consumption season activities "Colorful Summer in Henan". In the fields of catering, cultural tourism, accommodation, and retail, consumption vouchers will be issued continuously, and efforts will be made to expand consumption growth points in areas such as the elderly, children, sports, and entertainment. At the same time, efforts will be made to implement major industrial, transportation, energy, water conservancy, and urban renewal projects, promoting more investment and physical work volume.
