On July 19th, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council released an announcement regarding the establishment of China Yajiang Group Co., Ltd. With the approval of the State Council, China Yajiang Group Co., Ltd. is established, with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council representing the State Council in fulfilling the responsibilities of the investor. It is included in the list of enterprises for which the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council fulfills the responsibilities of the investor.
