A tourist boat capsized in Halong Bay, Vietnam, resulting in 3 deaths.

On the afternoon of July 19th, a tourist boat carrying 53 people capsized in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam due to a thunderstorm. Authorities in Quang Ninh province have organized rescue efforts. As of 6:00 PM local time, 12 people have been rescued and 3 have been confirmed dead. Rescue operations are still ongoing.
