On July 19 at 16:00, the Water Resources Department of Hainan Province and the Meteorological Bureau of Hainan Province jointly issued a yellow alert for mountain flood disasters. It is expected that from 20:00 on July 19 to 20:00 on July 20, there is a possibility of mountain flood disaster meteorological risk reaching the blue alert level in some areas of Haikou City, Danzhou City, Dongfang City, Wuzhishan City, Chengmai County, Lingao County, Ledong Li Autonomous County, Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County, Ding'an County, Baisha Li Autonomous County, Tunchang County, and Changjiang Li Autonomous County.
