Recently, the city of Rovaniemi in Finland, located in the Arctic Circle, is experiencing hot weather around 30 degrees Celsius. Many local residents choose to go to the river banks for relatively cool areas to play and cool off. The Finnish Meteorological Center recently stated that temperatures in many parts of Finland have exceeded 30 degrees Celsius. In northern Finland, the average summer temperature is around 20 degrees Celsius. While temperatures of 30 degrees Celsius are rare, their frequency is becoming increasingly higher.
