Guangxi Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters launches Level 4 emergency response for typhoon prevention.

According to the "Emergency Plan for Flood and Drought Prevention in Guangxi", approved by the leadership of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Flood and Drought Prevention Command, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Flood and Drought Prevention Command decided to activate the Level Four emergency response for Typhoon on July 19th at 18:00. All cities and member units are requested to follow the relevant provisions and division of responsibilities in the plan, strengthen duty shifts and information reporting during the response, and promptly report important risks and disasters as required.
