At 17:00 today, the Water Resources Department and Meteorological Bureau of Hebei Province jointly issued a mountain flood meteorological risk warning. It is expected that from 20:00 today to 20:00 on July 20, there is a high possibility of mountain flood disasters in areas such as Chengde and Zhangjiakou, classified as orange warning. Areas like Chengde, Baoding, and Zhangjiakou have a moderate possibility of mountain flood disasters, with a yellow warning issued. Areas like Tangshan, Chengde, Baoding, and Zhangjiakou have a possibility of mountain flood disasters, with a blue warning issued. In addition, other areas may also experience mountain flood disasters due to short-term heavy precipitation in localized areas.
