The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Maritime Department has activated a Level 1 response to tropical cyclones, halting all sailing, operations, and transportation throughout the entire area.

According to CCTV news, the Maritime Administration of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge announced that Typhoon "Wipha" would have a severe impact on Zhuhai in Guangdong Province. The Maritime Administration has upgraded its defense measures and activated a Level 1 response to tropical cyclones starting at 16:00 on July 19th. More than 30 passenger ship routes in the area have been suspended, water construction projects have been halted, water recreation activities have been suspended, and relevant personnel are required to evacuate as soon as possible.
