The Department of Natural Resources and Planning of Hainan Province and the Hainan Provincial Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a geological disaster meteorological risk warning at 17:00 on July 19: Based on the actual rainfall and the future 24-hour rainfall forecast in Hainan Province, combined with the geological environmental background, it is expected that in the next 24 hours, there will be a certain risk of rain-induced geological disasters in Donghe Town, Tianan Township, Jiangbian Township in Dongfang City, Qicha Town, Chehe Town, Wangxia Township, and Shilu Town in Changjiang County, and Wanchong Town, Jianfeng Town, and Baoyou Town in Ledong County, rated as a level IV risk warning. People in the blue warning area, please pay attention to the changes in the warning information, observe nearby warning signs, avoid staying in high-risk areas such as valleys, slopes, and cliffs. The relevant departments of the above-mentioned cities, counties, townships, including land and resources, water affairs, transportation, cultural tourism, housing construction, etc., should do a good job in monitoring and inspecting the hidden risks of geological disasters in the warning area, promptly assess the warning, discover and deal with disasters and dangers in a timely manner and report them when necessary, and carry out three emergency evacuations if necessary to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
