Song Yanbian, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Pingdu Financial Regulatory Branch, is under investigation.

According to the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Qingdao Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Qingdao Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Song Yanbian, the Party Secretary and Director of the Pingdu Financial Regulatory Branch, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently under disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Qingdao Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and under investigation by the Pingdu City Supervision Commission in Shandong Province.
