The Baolan Railway is disrupted due to heavy rain, it is expected to resume operations today.

Yesterday, due to heavy rain, a section of the railway from Baotou to Lanzhou was damaged and train services were interrupted. The railway authorities are currently conducting emergency repairs. In order to resume train services as soon as possible, the railway authorities have organized rescue personnel, as well as large mechanical equipment such as loaders, excavators, and dump trucks to rush to the scene for emergency repairs. It is expected that the damaged railway line will be reopened for traffic within the day.
