According to the monitoring and analysis of the Guangdong Provincial Meteorological Observatory, it is expected that Typhoon "Wipha" will likely make landfall on the coastal areas of the Pearl River Delta and western Guangdong as a typhoon or strong typhoon on the afternoon or night of the 20th. It will pass through the southern part of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Passage. Due to the impact of the typhoon, there will be heavy to torrential rainfall along the entire Shenzhen-Zhongshan Passage, with wind speeds gradually increasing from 2 o'clock on the 20th, possibly reaching up to level 12. To ensure traffic safety, after consultations and assessments by relevant departments, temporary traffic control measures will be implemented on the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Passage starting at 0 o'clock on July 20th. The entire Shenzhen-Zhongshan Passage will be temporarily closed, and the specific time for reopening will be announced depending on the development of the typhoon.
