Heilongjiang issues meteorological risk warning for mountain flood disasters.

The office of the Flood Control and Drought Resistance Headquarters of Heilongjiang Province, the Department of Water Resources of Heilongjiang Province, and the Meteorological Bureau of Heilongjiang Province jointly issued a yellow and blue mountain flood disaster meteorological risk warning at 17:00 on July 19. It is expected that from 20:00 on July 19 to 08:00 on July 21, there is a high risk of mountain flood disasters in the entire Daxing'anling area, Nenjiang, Aihui, Nehe, Longjiang, Gannan, and Niangzi Mountain. There is a certain risk of mountain flood disasters in Wudalianchi, Beian, Sunwu, Qiqihar, Keshan, Kedong, Baiquan, Hailun, Suileng, and Qing'an.
