Oriental Hope denies selling polycrystalline silicon below cost since July.

On July 19th, Oriental Hope issued a "Statement on Resisting Network False Information in the Polysilicon Industry and Safeguarding Legitimate Rights and Interests", stating that based on the on-site verification facts of national authoritative institutions and relevant laws and regulations, the company actively responds to and cooperates with the relevant policies of the country's guidance on the healthy development of the industry, earnestly fulfills industry self-discipline agreements such as production reduction and production limitation, strictly abides by the relevant national laws and regulations, and has not engaged in any behavior of selling below cost since July. The production and sales activities of polysilicon are all conducted legally and compliantly within the framework of respecting market rules. Oriental Hope also stated that for the false information on the internet and related infringing content, the legal advisory team has lawfully completed the fixation of evidence, reserving the right to take further legal measures. It also calls on peers to "jointly resist improper competition behaviors such as spreading false information, prevent intentional distortion of policies, polysilicon futures speculation, and other moral risks".
