In response to Typhoon "Vipa", the Ministry of Transportation has initiated a Level 3 response to defend against the typhoon.

The Ministry of Transport has issued the latest announcement, and has currently activated a level three response to defend against the typhoon. This morning, in order to fully defend against and respond to this year's 6th typhoon "Wipha", the Ministry of Transport has dispatched the transportation authorities of Hainan, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Sichuan provinces, as well as the maritime bureaus of Hainan, Guangdong, and Guangxi, and the Pearl River Navigation Management Bureau and the South China Sea Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, to fully implement various measures for flood prevention and typhoon defense.
