According to the Sanya Maritime Bureau, the bureau has initiated a level three emergency response to typhoon on the 19th at 11 o'clock. The maritime department has issued warning information through various channels, reminding ships and relevant units to strengthen emergency duty, pay close attention to meteorological information, and is currently organizing ships to enter Yinge Fishing Port, Yazhou Central Fishing Port, Sanya Inner Port, Tielu Port and other sheltered waters for typhoon prevention. A total of 10 water engineering projects, 23 offshore platforms, 19 research ships, 223 passenger ferries, 959 yachts in the jurisdiction are orderly preparing for typhoon prevention, and have already urged ships to evacuate 192 non-essential personnel.
