Guangdong Jiangmen issues Level II wind prevention emergency response.

At 10 o'clock on July 19th, the center of Typhoon "Wipha", the 6th typhoon of this year, was located approximately 750 kilometers southeast of the coastal area of Jiangmen City, with the maximum wind force near the center reaching level 10. According to the "Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Drought, Wind and Frost Prevention in Jiangmen City", the Jiangmen City Three Defense Command decided to upgrade the Level III emergency response for wind prevention to Level II emergency response at 11 o'clock on July 19th.
