NVIDIA (NVDA.US) partners with Perplexity AI to challenge Google Chrome, collaborating with major smartphone manufacturers to pre-install AI browsers.

According to the Smart Finance APP, Perplexity AI, invested by Nvidia (NVDA.US), is challenging Google's (GOOGL.US) search dominance through the browser. The company's CEO, Aravind Srinivas, revealed on Friday that they are in discussions with global phone manufacturers to pre-install their Comet browser in smartphones, in an attempt to change user habits through device default settings.
