Reporters learned at a recent provincial video conference on key work in the field of housing security held by the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development that in the first half of this year, the province has newly allocated 10.3 thousand sets of various types of affordable housing; during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the province has cumulatively newly allocated about 1.4 million sets of affordable housing, and relevant work has achieved phased results. The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development introduced at the meeting that by 2025, housing and urban-rural development departments at all levels in the province will implement specific measures through refining work, effectively address prominent issues in affordable housing, comprehensively promote the informatization construction in the field of housing security, further improve the supply system of public rental housing, affordable rental housing, and affordable housing for sale, promote the solution of housing problems for the population in difficulty, and steadily and orderly advance the collection and construction of various types of affordable housing.
