Chinese New Economy Investment (00080.HK) received an offer from Cai Wensheng at a premium of about 19.10% for a full acquisition. Trading will resume on July 18th.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, China New Economy Investment (00080.HK) and the offeror LONGLING CAPITAL LTD jointly announced that the offeror has completed the acquisition of approximately 50.71% equity of the company on July 8, 2025, with each share sold at 0.106 Hong Kong dollars and a total cash amount of approximately 70.9324 million Hong Kong dollars.
