The IPO of Datong-Science-Tech Industrial Harbor Corporation has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice on the overseas issuance and listing filing of Da Hang Ke Gong (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., the company plans to issue not more than 9,100,000 shares of overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
