The sources said that the company has had preliminary discussions with advisors to help prepare for the IPO. Boren Optical may seek to submit documents to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as early as this year. According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 31, 2022, Boren Optical submitted a second listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and China International Capital Corporation as joint sponsors. Together with the first submission on July 30, 2021, both IPO prospectuses for the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by the company have expired.
