Chinese Han Wang: Han Wang's gold split and listing reorganization plan approved by FIRB

The announcement of the separation and listing of the required corporate reorganization actions by the Chinese Khan King has been approved by the Foreign Investment Review Board of Australia. The FIRB application includes corporate reorganization actions necessary for implementing the proposed separation and listing, which aim to develop into a medium-sized gold producer based on the development of the Cygnet Gold Mine Project in Western Australia and the Mt Bundy Gold Mine Project in the Northern Territory of Australia.
