The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued a notice of filing for the overseas issuance and listing of Aux Electric Co., Ltd. The company intends to issue no more than 517,500,000 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
