China Power: Intends to acquire 31% equity stake in Togre Power.

China Power announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company, China Datang Corporation International, Pingmei Shenma Xinjiang, Xinjiang Energy, and Toray Power have entered into a share transfer agreement. According to the agreement, the company has agreed to acquire and Xinjiang Energy has agreed to sell a 31% stake in Toray power. The total price, including capital commitments after delivery, amounts to 310 million RMB.
