Chongqing Municipal Economic and Informatization Commission issued the "Chongqing New Energy Vehicle Power Battery Recycling and Utilization Industry Development Plan". It proposes to accelerate the improvement of the recycling network. Encourage new energy vehicle manufacturers, power battery manufacturers, scrapped car dismantling companies, and power battery recycling and utilization companies to cooperate in building recycling service outlets, actively support existing recycling resource recovery outlets to expand power battery recycling business, and extend to electric bicycle scrap lithium battery recycling business, continuously reduce operating costs and safety and environmental risks for individual companies, actively explore innovative business models, and form an efficient collaboration mechanism for mutual benefits. Encourage companies to build large regional recycling and utilization centers that integrate functions such as recycling storage, transportation, and comprehensive utilization, to achieve a short chain, few links, one-stop recycling and utilization of waste power batteries.
